7.1 Withdrawal requests will only be processed to payment methods previously used to fund the account, subject to the same method being available for payouts. Withdrawals are processed in BDT.
7.2 KYC Requirement: All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal is processed. Withdrawal requests submitted by unverified accounts will be placed on hold until verification is complete.
